International delivery and returns

Cash on delivery deliveries are made EXCLUSIVELY in Romania. For deliveries outside Romania, the parcel will be dispatched only after the payment confirmation of the order.

International delivery is carried out through DHL courier service within 1-5 business days from the confirmation of the online order, depending on stock availability. Depending on the country/region, the parcel will reach you within 2-5 business days. 

For orders up to a maximum of 200 euros, the delivery cost is approximately 30 euros. FREE DELIVERY for orders over 200 euros.

 

HOW TO RETURN PURCHASED ITEMS ONLINE:

Any product purchased online can be returned within 14 calendar days. The return notification is to be sent exclusively online (you do not need to call the Customer Relations number beforehand)!

What you need to do for a return, in 3 steps:

  1. Send a return notification email to: carolinadatelier@gmail.com
  2. Wait for our confirmation and instructions (within one business day).
  3. Please ensure that you comply with the terms and conditions of the Return Policy.

How do I send a return notification:

Please send us an email containing the following information:

  • Buyer's first and last name
  • Order number
  • The names of the products being returned and the number of items from each category.
  • The reason for returning the product (Optional)

All correspondence regarding a return must be conducted in writing (via email). Please do not call the Customer Relations phone line to request personal information. Over the phone, you will only receive general information about the return procedure.

All products sold online by CarolinaD are subject to warranty conditions in accordance with the current legislation. The buyer, may return CarolinaD products purchased online within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, based on a prior written notification.

HOW TO PROCEED WITH A RETURN:

Properly package the products you wish to return into a single parcel.

Ensure that you include all accessories, if applicable.

We will not accept returns of products missing accessories, or products that show signs of wear, are dirty, or damaged.

Returns can only be made with the SEAL and label intact (without any signs of tearing, forcing, gluing, etc.); otherwise, your return will not be accepted. The seal is attached to the product in a visible area that allows the product to be tried on without any impediment but does not allow wearing it in public.

If you break the seal and thus the label, you forfeit your legal right to return the product. We reserve the right to refuse packages that do not meet the above conditions.

We recommend that you take the time you deem necessary to carefully try on the product, examining the material, seams, finishes, or accessories. Please make sure, before breaking the seal, that the product suits you in every way, that it does not cause discomfort, and that it has no defects/inconveniences for you. Once the seal/label is broken, the product can NOT be returned!

If you are not sure that you will keep the product and are considering returning it, please try it on carefully and do not remove the seal and the new product label. We recommend that you pay special attention when trying on products made from special materials (silk, veil, lace, satin, etc.), which can be more easily damaged due to their nature!

We recommend:

  • If you are wearing makeup, please avoid touching your face, neck, or chest with the product when trying it on or taking it off to prevent staining the material with cosmetics.
  • Remove your jewelry during the fitting to avoid snagging the fabric.
  • Do not step on the train of long dresses with heels and ensure that the surface you are trying it on (the floor) is clean and without imperfections.
  • Do not accessorize the outfit during the trial with other clothing items or accessories (bags or shoes) that have buckles, chains, sequins, stones, etc. These can damage the material.

We remind you that dirty products, with forced seams or snagged/damaged material will not be accepted for return even if the seal is intact. These will be reshipped to the address in the order, following prior written notification!

All return packages are received from the courier and checked in a room monitored by audio/video surveillance.

The refund of the product value will be made within a maximum of 7 days from the receipt of the returned package.
